Delivery and Payment

VELA sells and delivers its products with delivery throughout Ukraine. Delivery of orders in Ukraine is carried out by the transport company “Nova Poshta” to the branch of your choice or other companies that provide transportation services (Ukrposhta, MeestExpress, Delivery, etc.).

Transportation of orders to a warehouse or branch of a transport company in Ukraine is free of charge if the order amount exceeds UAH 900. If the order amount is less than UAH 900, the buyer pays the delivery cost according to the tariffs of courier services.

Important!

When you receive your order at the delivery service, check the integrity of the package and its contents.

If you have found:

• crumpled, deformed or damaged packaging;
• traces of a fall;
• traces of tampering, etc.

Be sure to contact the manager of our store by phone here or the phone number you used before. Also, make sure that the employees of the transportation company’s office take pictures and document the damage. The carrier company is responsible for the integrity of the cargo on 100%!

Cashless payment with VAT from a legal entity – after agreeing on the order with our manager, you must provide your company’s details (company name, EDRPOU code) for invoicing, as well as the address for sending the original documents. After payment is confirmed and the order is actually fulfilled, we will send you a complete set of documents on the execution of the transaction in a way convenient for you.

Payment from an individual – after agreeing on the order with our manager, you must provide your details (full name, TIN code) for invoicing, as well as the address for sending the original documents. Payment can be made through a bank institution or through online applications, by paying using the details specified in the invoice. After payment is confirmed and the order is actually fulfilled, we will send you a complete package of documents on the execution of the transaction in a way convenient for you.
