All you need is your desire and some information about the premises and what you plan to use it for.
The manager will listen to you, ask a few questions (if necessary, a drawing of the premises with dimensions may be required), forward the information to the technical department, and within 1-3 days (it all depends on the complexity of the project) you will receive a recommendation on the type and number of lamps that suit you best.
You will also be provided with a diagram of their placement so that you get a result that is as close to the project as possible.
At this stage, our manager agrees with you the order, payment terms, terms and place of product delivery, a convenient form of payment for you, and other details.
You receive an invoice, contract, specification, and other documents necessary to confirm the terms and start the order.
After making a prepayment in the agreed amount, your order will be put into operation.
The production time depends on the complexity, size and other factors, but usually it is from 14 to 21 working days. After the order is made, the manager will contact you and inform you about the readiness for shipment.
